The Sunglass Series

ⓒ 2012  Barbara Goodsitt
Here are the first two in my series of reflections from sunglasses.  The bottom piece was taken from a photo of my son on the 4th of July. The top one is a photo of my daughter. It is more creative and I added the image of clouds and a landscape from my imagination.  I hope to use all family members who will cooperate with me :)

Such an interesting topic for a series. I find eyeglasses fascinating. There are so many styles to choose from and the frame a person decides upon changes how we perceive their facial features. Goes for sunglasses too of course. Good luck with finding cooperative models!

Thanks Teresa.
I thought this might also be a unique way of doing a portrait. The reflection in the glasses represents an aspect of the persons personality or interests too. It is supposed to be like a painting within a painting. My son loved living in southern California. My daughter's astrological sign is "Gemini" which is air and she is a bit dreamy too :)
